How does the Affiliate Program work?

Refer players to ByteBet and earn a share of the house edge on everything they wager, for as long as they keep playing.

Every account gets an affiliate code automatically. There is no application and nothing to sign up for.

Getting started

1. Go to your Affiliate dashboard.
2. Your code is already there. Rename it to anything you like, as long as nobody else has taken it.
3. Share your referral link.
4. Anyone who signs up through that link is linked to you permanently.

Renaming your code does not break your existing referrals. Everyone you have already referred stays yours, and only the text of the link changes.

How you earn

You earn a share of the house edge on your referees wagering, not a share of their losses.

That difference matters. A referee who is up money still earns you commission, because commission is calculated from the margin on each bet placed, not from whether that bet won or lost.

Your commission = Their wager × House edge × Your commission share

Your commission share, your total earned and your available balance are all shown on the affiliate dashboard.

Claiming your commission

Commission builds up as an available balance. It is not paid out automatically, you claim it.

• Press Claim on the affiliate dashboard.
• It is credited to your World Lock balance immediately.
• There is a minimum claim amount, shown on the dashboard.

When a referral starts earning

A new referee does not generate commission straight away. First they must either wager past a threshold or make a deposit.

Until then they still show on your dashboard as a referral and their wagering is still tracked, but no commission builds up.

This exists to stop people farming referrals with throwaway accounts. It is also why you might see referrals on your dashboard with no commission attached to them yet.

Wagering funded by a signup bonus does not count toward that threshold and does not generate commission, because bonus balance is credit the site gave away rather than money the referee brought in.

What your dashboard shows

• Visitors, the number of clicks on your link
• Referrals, the accounts that signed up through it
• Lifetime wagered, the total staked by everyone you have referred
• Earned, Available and Paid, your commission lifetime, claimable now, and already taken

The rules

The programme is open to everyone, with two hard limits:

No self referral. Referring your own alternate accounts is a Terms violation.

No multi accounting to farm referrals.

Both will cost you the account and any unclaimed commission.

Do I earn if my referee wins?
Yes. Commission comes from the house edge on each bet, not from their losses.

Does my referee lose anything by using my code?
No. Their play is exactly the same either way.

Can I change my code later?
Yes, at any time, and your existing referrals are kept.

Do referrals expire?
No. A referee stays linked to you permanently.

I have referrals but no commission.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No.
