What is Rain?

Rain is a giveaway in the site chat. A pot builds up, players join, and when it ends the pot is split between everyone who got in.

Rain runs on a cycle. Part of the pot is funded by the site from ongoing play, and players can tip into it to make it bigger.

How to join

1. Watch for the rain announcement in chat.
2. When the join window opens, press Join.
3. When the rain ends, your share is credited automatically.

That is the whole thing. There is nothing to claim afterwards.

The join window

You can only join during the join window, which opens shortly before the rain ends. Join too early and the button will tell you the window has not opened yet. Leave it too late and it will tell you the window has closed.

This is by far the most common reason a join fails. The window is short on purpose, because it keeps rain a live moment in chat rather than something you set and forget.

Who can join

Rain has entry requirements so the pot goes to real players rather than to farmed accounts. Depending on the current settings, joining may require:

• A minimum amount wagered on your account
• A minimum account level
• A limit on how many rains you can join in a day
• A recent deposit

If you are not eligible, the message on screen will tell you exactly which requirement you have not met and what you need to do.

There is also a cap on how many players can join a single rain. Once it is full, it is full.

You can only join each rain once.

Tipping the pot

Any player can tip their own balance into the rain pot to make it bigger for everyone.

Tipping is blocked while you have an outstanding wagering requirement or an active signup bonus. This is the same rule that applies to withdrawals and to tipping other players directly.

How the pot is split

The pot is divided between everyone who joined, so a rain with fewer players pays each of them more.

Common questions

I pressed Join and nothing happened.
It is almost always one of four things: the window has not opened yet, the window has closed, the rain is full, or you have not met an eligibility requirement. The message on screen tells you which.

Do I need to be watching chat?
To join, yes, because the window is short. Payouts afterwards are automatic.

Is there a wagering requirement on rain winnings?
No. Rain payouts are credited as normal balance.

Can I join from my phone?
Yes.

Can I join twice with the same account?
No. One entry per account, per rain.

Rain frequency, pot funding, eligibility rules and participant caps may be adjusted at any time. Rain may also be paused without notice.
