What are Promocodes?

Promocodes are short codes that credit a reward to your account when you redeem them.

We release them through our social channels, with partnered creators, and during events.

Redeeming a code

Open the cashier, find the promocode field, enter the code and submit. If the code is valid, the reward is credited to your account straight away.

Codes are not case sensitive, so SUMMER and summer are the same code.

Why a code might not work

The message on screen tells you which of these it is:

Already claimed. Codes are one claim per account, and there is no way to claim the same code twice.

Level requirement. Some codes require a minimum account level.

Disabled or expired. Codes are often time limited, and the ones circulating on social media are frequently long dead.

Not a real code. Usually a typo, or a code invented by a third party site chasing traffic.

Where to find real codes

Only from ByteBet own channels and our partnered creators.

Third party sites listing working codes are usually recycling expired ones for clicks. We never publish codes anywhere we do not control, and support cannot give you a code. If you ask, the answer will be to watch the official channels.

Common questions

Can I use more than one code?
Yes, as long as each one is valid and you have not claimed it before.

Is there a wagering requirement on promocode rewards?
It depends on the code. Any requirement is stated wherever the code is published.

Can I share a code with a friend?
Codes are one claim per account, but the same code can usually be claimed by many different accounts, so yes, unless the code is single use.

I claimed a code but I cannot see the balance.
Check your transaction history first. If it is genuinely missing, contact support with the code and roughly when you claimed it.

Do codes expire?
Many of them do. Once a code has expired it cannot be reinstated.

Promocodes may be disabled, expired or withdrawn at any time, including after they have been published.
